Shipping and Returns

Broad Ripple Bonsai (BRB) prepares and packages all orders by hand to ensure your order arrives undamaged, and alive (when applicable). 

Shipping charges

  • All shipping with BRB is free.
  • In the event one of the scenarios below occurs, BRB will contact the customer via email to confirm acceptance of one-off shipping rates.

How fast will my order be processed and shipped?

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday with several carriers and methods to minimize time spent without sun or water.
  • We generally ship next business day.
  • We ship most trees to arrive before the end of the current week (Saturday).
  • One of a kind trees might be shipped the following Monday depending on destination zip and dimensions/weight of the final package.

Will I get shipping updates?

  • When available, BRB will email your tracking number(s) with order number to the email provided at checkout.
  • If you DO NOT receive USPS Mail at your physical street address, please email info@brbonsai.com.

Ordering a gift?

If you are ordering a gift  or need a specific delivery date, please email info@brbonsai.com with your request before completing your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please verify the delivery address you provide is accurate.  While BRB validates and corrects addresses to the best of our ability, carriers will add $17.00 to correct delivery information and we reserve the right to pass that charge on to the consumer.

Next Day Shipments

Next day shipments are available (ships today, arrives tomorrow) Monday through Thursday.  Next day shipment rates start at $40, depending on the size and weight of your order, that amount may increase considerably.  Email info@brbonsai.com with any next-day requests before purchase.

International Shipments

We cannot ship internationally (including Canada and Mexico) due to agricultural restrictions.

Surcharges

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, a $15.00 surcharge is included.

Special Delivery Instructions

To have your order shipped at a later date or for any other special delivery instructions, please email info@brbonsai.com with the specifics of your request.

Returns

BRB is unable to process returns at this time.  If you are unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, email (include pictures please) sam@brbonsai.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will work on a solution with you, if possible.
